As a Mortgage Advisor at Lendo, you are the specialized expert who offers our customers world-class service and helps them improve their personal finances. Your main task is to guide our customers through the mortgage application process and ensure they receive the most favorable loan based on their individual circumstances. We always strive to exceed our customers' expectations and place great emphasis on the customer journey and satisfaction.

About the team: You will join a tight-knit team consisting of 6 Mortgage Advisors and a Team Leader. Our goal is to challenge the mortgage market, and we work closely with our partner and product teams to continuously improve our operations.

Our recruitment process:

As part of our recruitment process, we use psychometric tests via HI Assessments. We also conduct a mandatory background check on all final candidates. Unlike many others in the industry, our check covers more types of offenses than just financial ones. The purpose is to ensure a safe working environment and a high ethical standard – not to judge anyone for past mistakes. We always inform you as a candidate before the check is conducted.
