In your role as a Loan Officer, you will contact Lendo customers who have submitted a loan application. During the call, you will do your utmost to review the customer's loan needs and also offer loan protection. You will work towards clear goals and continuously strive to develop your sales skills together with your colleagues and with the support of your direct manager.

The position begins with training in sales, Lendo's products, and the industry in Sweden. This is combined with call listening to draw inspiration from colleagues and managers and to receive the feedback needed for development.

After the initial training, your development will continue through coaching and education, both from your direct manager and our experienced sales professionals.

We are looking for you who

• Have sales experience, preferably from telemarketing and/or experience in loan brokerage or banking and finance.
• Speak and write fluent Swedish and have a good command of English.
• Are results-oriented (perhaps you are also competition-oriented?).
• Enjoy working according to clear and ambitious goals.

As a Loan Officer at Lendo, you will have a base salary, but in addition to that, you can influence your income through an attractive variable compensation model.
