As an Area Sales Manager with us, you will have a role where freedom and responsibility go hand in hand. You drive your own work forward, plan your days, and build long-term relationships with customers who truly appreciate an engaged and present collaboration. Here, it is not just about selling products, but about understanding businesses, identifying needs, and creating solutions that customers cannot do without.
You will work remotely, based somewhere along the east coast, preferably in or near Jönköping, Kalmar, or Växjö. Your district covers eastern Sweden and involves a daily routine with many customer meetings, day trips, and new contacts. This is a job for you if you thrive best out in the real world, close to the business.
The role is clearly focused on resellers, where you develop the business together with them and, in some cases, also meet end customers. We believe in activity over quick closes; therefore, you are measured primarily on your customer meetings. The benchmark is around 3–4 visits per day, ranging from short relationship-building stops to longer meetings, news presentations, and occasionally trade fairs.

You work with own brands and have all the prerequisites to build strong businesses, both with existing customers and by finding new collaborations. The sales culture is a mix of experience and drive. Here, there are both secure senior colleagues and younger, hungry profiles, and cooperation between districts is a natural part of everyday life. You have great freedom to organize your work, while also being part of a team where you support each other, share insights, and communicate frequently, both in planned meetings and spontaneously.
In your daily work, you operate in a CRM system and plan your activity with good structure. The week often starts together with the team and is followed up continuously, but without unnecessary micromanagement. There is a clear focus on personal responsibility, sound business thinking, and doing what actually creates value for the customer.
You who are driven by sales and enjoy the feeling of creating results. You are curious, self-motivated, and have an easy time building trust. Structure comes naturally to you, and you are comfortable with digital tools in your daily life. Sales experience is a plus, but it is your personality and willingness that weigh the heaviest.
