We are now looking for dedicated summer substitutes for special housing and home care services for the summer.

Workplace Description

We are seeking assistant nurses or care assistants for special housing and home care services in the towns of Kisa, Rimforsa, and Horn.

Job Description

Care work is important, enjoyable, and developmental work where you provide support and help to people in their daily lives. We work based on a common value system where we look at each person's conditions, create participation, and make everyday life meaningful.

As care staff working nights, you work independently and responsibly with varied tasks, including:

• Implementation of approved interventions
• Documentation according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL)
• Handling delegated health and medical care interventions
• Creating safety and good relationships with users and relatives

The meeting with the human being is always in focus. Through professional and respectful treatment, you contribute to safety, participation, and good care.

Working hours are scheduled for nights, including weekends.

Qualifications

You take great responsibility in your professional practice and show judgment and respect. You work systematically and have a great ability to reflect, assess, and handle different situations that can change quickly based on your own competence. It is important that you can balance different demands and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations. You easily create and maintain good relationships with others and are confident in meetings and difficult conversations.

You have a great ability to work independently, but also together with others. Since we are legally required to document our work, it is very important that you can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and have good computer skills. Finally, you are a person with a genuine interest in people and service.

Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
