We are a warm and cozy restaurant decorated in wood, featuring a large dining area and an open kitchen. We accommodate around 130 guests and are looking for a friendly colleague who can handle stress, work independently, and thrive in a team environment.
Workdays can vary significantly, so you must be prepared for shifts that range from calm periods to high intensity. We value orderliness, structure, and the ability to take responsibility for purchasing and planning.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with solid knowledge and experience in a la carte and grill cooking. You are independent, service-minded, outgoing, and proactive. The ability to handle stress is a major plus. Experience in large-scale a la carte kitchens is desirable.
