For us, the customer is always the most important, and as a store employee, you play the crucial role in creating the best shopping experience for our customers. You will serve, help, and guide our customers to make the best purchases.

We are looking for you who are passionate about sales, are service-oriented, and as a retail salesperson, work with both private customers and business clients. You will independently and successfully sell our products. You want to work close to the customer, engage in the meeting, and have the desire to give that little extra to create long-term customer relationships. You are a valued and flexible team player who enjoys working in a team and contributing to the whole. Then you are the one we are looking for at our store in Strängnäs!

Main responsibilities:

• Sales to both business and private customers on weekdays and Saturdays (according to schedule).
• Telephone service to our customers.
• Maintain order and display products in the store.
• Assist customers with hydraulic hose assembly in our hydraulic workshop and perform simple maintenance on robotic lawn mowers.
• Actively work on upselling during customer visits.
• Sell consumables and parts from our large assortment to our customers.

We are looking for someone who has –

• Work experience from agriculture or a similar industry.
• Completed upper secondary education or equivalent (merits with an agricultural focus).
• Experience and competence from previous work in retail (highly meritorious).
• Engaged, responsible, and service-minded.
• Positive attitude and solution-oriented.
• Ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing in Swedish.
• Computer skills.
• Category B driver's license.
• Forklift license.
