Job Description

We are looking for you who appreciate working independently with assessment, planning, and implementation of medical treatment and care interventions within the framework of municipal health and medical care. You are responsible for individuals within the municipality's special housing facilities, and after office hours, you are also responsible for the home care area.

The work requires the ability to structure and prioritize correctly. We would like you to be confident in your role as a nurse, as the assignment also includes:

• Mentoring and teaching care staff.
• Delegating specific health and medical care tasks.
• Working with documentation and deviations according to current laws and regulations.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Are a registered nurse.
• Have good subject competence and are eager to keep up-to-date in the professional field.
• Have a B driver's license (access to a service car is available).

As a person:

• You are proactive and responsible.
• You are meticulous and systematic.
• You are service-oriented and value good interaction with individuals and relatives.
• You have good communicative skills and are a team player.
