The Workplace

Juliagården is a nursing home with 10 resident places located in Norrfors. The facility is situated close to the Lögde River and near the forest, offering excellent opportunities for outdoor activities in a beautiful natural environment.

Job Responsibilities

The duties include providing good care for our residents with respectful treatment, assisting them with daily and nighttime tasks they cannot perform themselves, as well as cooking and cleaning. You will work to ensure the well-being of our residents, create a pleasant atmosphere on the ward, and foster community and meaningfulness for each individual.

Delegated tasks from the municipality's HSL unit are included, along with continuous documentation (such as measures, health status, and social status) in our current business system, LifeCare.

About You

We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant (undersköterska), or alternatively have work experience in the field.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability and expect you to work independently and make your own decisions in various situations with the residents. Important qualities are that you are flexible, have good teamwork skills, and a strong commitment. You need to have open and direct communication, patience, humility, and the ability to create calm, stability, and security. You should be open to new ideas and have the ability to see the individual based on their needs.

A cat lives on the premises, so we prefer that you do not have an allergy to fur-bearing animals.

The Employment

Temporary position. Hourly wage. Employment levels vary. Start date by agreement.

We are looking for a total of five substitutes: Two who work awake nights (night duty) and three who work days/evenings/weekends according to schedule.
