GrebbestadFjorden is located in the heart of Bohuslän, just a few minutes' walk from the popular Grebbestad pier, cliffs, and saltwater bathing areas. We are now looking for a proactive and engaged Housekeeping and Breakfast Manager who, like us, is driven by happy guests. The position is full-time and suits you who thrive in an operational leadership role where service, quality, responsibility, and teamwork are in focus.

About the role

As the Housekeeping and Breakfast Manager, you are responsible for quality, personnel, and daily operations. You work operationally together with your staff, both with cleaning and breakfast, as we believe this provides our guests with a truly great experience – from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

• Personnel responsibility for housekeeping and breakfast for both permanent and seasonal staff.
• Quality assurance of arrival rooms and service houses.
• Operational work with cleaning of rooms, common areas, cottages, and service houses.
• Deep cleaning during periods of lower occupancy.
• Breakfast and conference responsibility, including planning and execution during pre- and post-season.
• Ensure routines, workflows, and high service levels.
• General administrative tasks such as orders, scheduling, etc.
• Be flexible and take responsibility where needed in daily operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a responsible role.
• At least 3 years of experience in hotel cleaning or similar.
• Very good collaboration skills and sense of responsibility.
• Very good Swedish in both speech and writing.
