About Green PM

Our office is located in Kalmar, and we have clients and assignments in several locations across Southeast Sweden.

We are a consultancy firm that helps organizations with project management and services within product development, production technology, quality, and sustainability. Our core competence is project management in industrial environments with high demands, where we combine structured control with hands-on leadership.

In our assignments, we often take overall responsibility for projects – from planning and execution to handover. At the same time, we can contribute with targeted efforts within quality, sustainability, or engineering support, such as design and production technology.

What is common to everything we do is a structured approach, close collaboration with the customer, and a focus on feasibility in everyday life.

We have a self-developed project management model called iPEM. As an employee, it is a given that you will be part of driving the development of this model forward.

Your Role

As a Project Manager with us, you will:

• Lead and drive technical and business-related projects for customers, such as investment projects or customer order projects within the industry.
• Take responsibility for the project's budget, schedule, and deliverables.
• Ensure that projects are executed with high quality and a focus on sustainability.
• Work in international environments and feel comfortable with global collaborations.
• Inspire and engage the team so that everyone pulls in the same direction.
• Be a secure and clear contact point for customers and stakeholders.

We are looking for you who

• Have personal drive, a high sense of responsibility, and a desire to develop.
• Have experience in project management within technical or business-related projects.
• Are structured, communicative, and solution-oriented.
• Have the ability to take budget responsibility and make decisions.
• Are a good leader who brings the team along and creates joy at work.
• Enjoy working internationally and building long-term customer relationships.
• Hold at least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field – for example, mechanical engineering, production, industrial economics, or similar.
• Have at least 3 years of work experience.
