We at Asta Agency collaborate with ENACO in this recruitment process. The process takes place through Asta, and you will then be employed directly by ENACO.

About the role

As a Project Salesperson at ENACO, you will play a key role in developing profitable businesses and building long-term customer relationships within critical infrastructure. You will work with both existing and new customers, focusing on early identification of needs, building trust, and driving consultative sales processes from the initial dialogue to internal handover and follow-up throughout the process.

The role involves mapping potential customers, booking and conducting customer meetings, understanding the customer's business, and translating needs into relevant solutions together with ENACO's technical specialists and design team. You will often drive complex projects where the business may span a longer period, requiring technical, commercial, and risk-related perspectives to be weighed together. This can range from smaller projects to larger deals within data centers, backup power, and other business-critical infrastructure, where you will be expected to sell ENACO's entire offering.

You will report to the Business Area Manager and become part of an engaged team with a strong collaborative culture. The team holds regular meetings where priorities, workload, and customer dialogues are shared, and the role involves close collaboration with sales, project management, technology, and design. The position is based in Kista, with travel within Sweden occurring as part of the role.

Qualifications and attributes

We are looking for someone who is business-driven, structured, and trustworthy. You have a strong ability to listen to customer needs, ask the right questions, and create clarity in complex dialogues. To thrive in this role, you need to be self-motivated and proactive, while also enjoying working closely with others and contributing to the team's common goals. At ENACO, "the team before me" is important, and you will become part of a smaller team where collaboration, lack of hierarchy, and responsibility-taking are crucial.

You are accustomed to driving sales processes forward, maintaining a clear thread in customer dialogue, and creating the next step in the process. The role suits you if you have a genuine interest in sales, technology, and long-term business, but are more of a generalist than a specialist. You do not need to be an engineer, but you must have the ability to understand the big picture and seek help from the right specialist competence when needed.

Additionally, you have:

  • At least 10 years of work experience in B2B sales, for example within construction, electrical, cooling, or security
  • Experience in project sales or complex deals
  • Understanding of contracting law and ABT (Swedish standard for construction contracts)
  • Ability to work consultatively with needs analysis and solution proposals
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)

Meritorious experience:

  • Experience with deals related to data centers or critical infrastructure
