Responsibilities

As a Quotation Administrator, you are responsible for handling incoming inquiries via phone and email, as well as compiling and sending quotations to customers. You manage customer-specific email communication and organize larger information flows to ensure smooth and efficient communication. The role also involves administration in business systems and supporting internal routines. The position demands high accuracy, clear communication, and correct handling of information. To succeed in this role, you need to be self-assured and enjoy independent administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling incoming inquiries via phone and email
• Creating and sending quotations according to existing templates
• Administering and following up on quotation documents and bid-related documentation
• Managing large volumes of information and customer-specific email structures

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• Completed and approved upper secondary education
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, with the ability to express yourself correctly both orally and in writing
• Good knowledge of the Office suite
• Experience with business systems

We also consider it meritorious if you have:

• Experience in quotation or case management
• Experience working in formal or security-oriented environments
• Familiarity with public procurement processes
