Description of the operations
Working with care and support means you make a difference for other people every day. You support those who need it the most and receive great gratitude in return. No matter where you choose to work in our operations, you will gain valuable experience and memories for life. Society needs you!
Your assignment
In elderly care, we work to support and care for older individuals. This can include nursing care, ensuring medication is taken at the right time, help with cleaning, and support in making daily life function better. We offer work in one of our residential facilities or at the home of the person who needs help and support.
In disability care, we support people with various disabilities through personal care, practical tasks, leisure activities, and social contacts. We offer work in group housing, service apartments, short-term care, supported housing, or personal assistance.
In elderly and disability care, working hours are scheduled either for day and evening or evening and night. Night work is either an awake night where you are expected to be awake all night, or a sleeping on-call shift where you can sleep during the night but must be ready to help if needed. In the majority of our operations, weekend work is also included. (Daily activities do not include weekend work).
You who apply
We are looking for you who are interested in trying out the care profession! You must be 18 years or older. You must be able to speak and write in Swedish as you will be maintaining social documentation, performing some medical tasks, and communicating with the individual.
What is important for the job is your personal suitability, which means you should have a basic outlook that aligns with the goals and values of social services. You treat and show respect for the user's needs and wishes.
It is an advantage if you have a degree in the Care and Nursing Program or the Child and Youth Program. Also, if you have experience in nursing and support for people within our operations.
Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both oral and written, is required. It is a great advantage if you have good knowledge of the Office package and journal systems.

Housing Offer
We can offer temporary housing during the employment period for employees recruited from other locations.
The offer may be relevant for you if you:
- Have substantial experience as a nurse assistant in a relevant field
- Have a driver's license and access to your own car
- Can be flexible regarding work location based on the municipality's needs and work within home care, short-term operations, disability care, or SÄBO
Housing is offered after a combined assessment of the operation's needs and the availability of housing during the current period. Meeting the criteria therefore does not guarantee housing.
The housing is considered a taxable benefit according to current tax regulations.
The Employment
Summer substitute position, 100%. Monthly or hourly employment. Day, evening, night, and weekend shifts.
For work in certain operations, a valid extract from the criminal record is required. The extract is ordered by you as the applicant and must be presented before the employment can begin.
