You who apply:

• Relevant experience and/or education are preferred but not required.
• Are attentive, receptive, humble, and patient.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.

This is a job that requires you to have a gentle demeanor, the ability to see what needs to be done and prioritize, and a good deal of patience. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Job Description:

With us, you usually work with people who have dementia, have difficulty moving, or otherwise struggle to manage on their own. You can work in a care and elderly housing facility, short-term accommodation, home care services, night patrol, or on the security alarm system.

In all operations, you help the individual with daily tasks, dressing, personal hygiene, support during meals, documenting health status in our journal system, and, under the delegation of a nurse, administering medication to those in need.

Other Information:

• To work in home care services, you must be able to cycle and/or have a B-driver's license.
• You can work in Umeå city center, Holmsund/Obbola, Tavelsjö, Hörnefors, and Sävar.
• Those who work with us this summer may be eligible for a summer bonus in certain operations.
• For those who are pensioners, we offer an additional 25% in salary during June, July, and August.
• Mileage allowance - if you drive your own car to and from work, you are entitled to a mileage allowance if you work outside the city center.
