Among other things, we offer:

• Workplace-specific induction based on individual experience.
• For those with more than 3 years of experience, we offer an extra 6,250 SEK/week, which amounts to 25,000 SEK/month in addition to your base salary during the period 2026-06-15 to 2026-08-09. This means base salary plus a bonus of 25,000 SEK/month. To be eligible for this bonus, you must be fully onboarded and work independently and continuously throughout the specified period.

About the job

You will work within the Healthcare Unit of the Adult Disability Care Services. We are a team of nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. As a nurse, you are responsible for healthcare within your area of competence in the housing units of the disability care services, where people with LSS (Support and Service Act) decisions live. The target group is primarily adults with some form of disability, a fantastic group to work with. You are responsible for ensuring that medical interventions function well for our users and coordinate contacts with doctors and other professional groups within primary care and the Region. The role involves supervising both small and large staff groups.

Working hours are primarily during the day with sparse weekend duties.

About you

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. We would appreciate it if you have experience in mobile work and/or disability care. You must have a valid B-class driver's license. Further education as a district nurse or within psychiatry is considered meritorious.

To communicate with users, relatives, and colleagues, and to write and read care documentation, you must have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. You have good initiative and are good at thinking outside the box. Your ability to work independently is strong, while you actively contribute to functioning teamwork with different professional competencies, where the individual user also plays a central role.

Of course, you have a good, respectful attitude and are attentive and open in contacts with both users and their relatives. You are good at collaborating and want to contribute to good communication and cooperation with other actors. Personal suitability is highly valued.

The positions are for summer temporary assignments, with a possible opportunity for extension and a start in March subject to agreement. We apply individual and differentiated salary setting. Selection, interviews, and appointments are made on an ongoing basis.
