About Us

Sätila Health Center is well-established and has been operated together with Rävlanda Health Center under the same management since 2016. The health centers collaborate closely, creating beneficial synergies.

Sätila Health Center is a private health center with short decision-making paths, and as an employee, you have great opportunities to influence working methods and routines.

We are a tightly knit group, many of whom have worked with us for a long time. Here, we prioritize continuity throughout the entire care chain and work with continuous improvements and development in our non-hierarchical working approach. Our specialists have access to undisturbed administrative time to optimize their work.

You will have several specialist physicians as colleagues. We share knowledge and experience, and there is a strong collegial interest in collaboration.

About You

To thrive with us, you need to appreciate teamwork and close contact with your colleagues in daily patient care, embracing the breadth and variety that the profession of a general practitioner entails. You view good conditions and co-determination as prerequisites for a well-functioning workplace.

You need to be flexible, positive, and interested in your work. You must have good knowledge of Swedish, equivalent to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's reference framework.
