Contract Sales Representative – Region East (Landskrona)

As a sales representative in Contract Sales, you are responsible for ensuring that our customers have the right service agreements while actively driving growth within our contract portfolio. You will work both strategically and operationally to develop business in your region, managing business relationships and working towards clear sales targets. The position is based at our headquarters in Landskrona, and your area of operation is Region East.
About the role
In the role of Contract Sales Representative, you will develop and maintain our contract portfolio and work on acquiring new customers. You are responsible for driving the sales process forward through customer dialogues, follow-ups, contract negotiations, and market monitoring.
You will work independently but in close collaboration with colleagues in delivery, service, and support.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the contract portfolio and customer relationships.
- Conduct contract renegotiations and monitor margins and profitability.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities in the region.
- Ensure structure and standards in the sales process to achieve sales targets.
- Handle order processing and documentation.
- Work closely with the delivery organization to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.
- Conduct market and competitor analyses and handle customer inquiries.
About you

We believe that you
- Have experience and enjoy prospecting new customers via phone.
- Have a few years of sales experience; experience in contract sales or sales of similar products is a plus.
- Are communicative and confident in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
- Are accustomed to working in CRM systems.
- Are structured and administratively skilled as a person.
- Are results-driven and self-motivated with good prioritization skills.
