About the Role
This is a full-time interim assignment lasting at least 1 month, starting immediately.

Sievert AB is a Swedish industrial company that develops and manufactures gas-powered tools and heating systems for professional use, primarily within the construction, roofing, and plumbing industries. Their products are used in demanding work environments for tasks such as soldering, heating, and roofing, where safety, precision, and reliability are crucial.
Sievert is in a development phase where it continues to strengthen its product range and market position through a clear customer and user focus as well as structured product launches. The organization is characterized by an operational and entrepreneurial culture with short decision-making paths, where you are expected to take responsibility and drive the work forward in close collaboration with the team.
Responsibilities
As the interim Product and Marketing Manager, you will have broad responsibility for the product organization and its deliverables, with a clear focus on the product side, while marketing plays a more supportive and operational role. You will step into a business where you are expected to take operational ownership of the daily product work while simultaneously driving structure, direction, and progress in an ongoing development and launch phase. The role involves close collaboration with a smaller team consisting of a Product Manager, Art Director, and Graphic Designer, where you will become the cohesive force driving the work forward.
You are responsible for driving and coordinating product launches and ensuring that materials, documentation, and launch plans are produced on time and meet high quality standards. An important part of the assignment is also to further develop existing product launches where parts are not yet fully completed, as well as to create clarity, structure, and momentum in the team's daily work. You will actively work to raise the delivery level, create direction, and contribute to a proactive and solution-oriented culture within the organization.

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
- Several years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably from manufacturing operations
- Documented experience in leadership and personnel responsibility
- Extensive experience with product launches and working with the entire launch process
- Experience with technical products and/or industrial environments
- Experience in marketing is an advantage

Location: Solna, Stockholm (possibility to work remotely once a week)
Salary: According to agreement
