Do you want an operational role where you can combine forwarding, logistics, and practical work with technical equipment? We are now looking for an operational freight forwarder for an innovative, high-tech company in Täby, focusing on handling demo equipment and international deliveries.

About the role

Here you will become a key person in a small, operational team responsible for ensuring the entire flow around demo equipment runs smoothly, from receipt to packing and outgoing shipments to customers worldwide.

A large part of the role involves shipping demo equipment, both import and export, as well as ensuring that the correct equipment is sent in the right condition and on time.

Your responsibilities:

• Operational handling of import and export flows
• Booking and coordination of international transport
• Daily contact with freight forwarders and suppliers
• Packing, handling, and basic testing of demo equipment
• Ensuring quality and functionality before shipment
• Serving as a central point in the team for logistics and flows

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in forwarding, preferably with both import and export
• Has previously worked with logistics, warehousing, or operational flows
• Has a technical interest and preferably some technical understanding
• Is meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Thrives in a practical and varied role where a lot happens
• Enjoys being the hub in a team
