About the role: As a Project Manager at Ryds Glas, you are responsible for driving projects from the first customer contact to final delivery. The role combines sales and project management, where you both identify business opportunities, calculate project costs, and ensure that the delivery is carried out with the right quality and within the timeframe.

You primarily work with ROT projects (Repair, Alteration, and Extension) directed towards larger construction and property companies, where projects vary in scope from smaller assignments to larger projects. The role is varied and involves both working on-site with customers and internal collaboration with estimators, installers, and other functions.

Responsibilities include among other things:

• Meet customers regularly and conduct site visits.
• Calculate costs for jobs and prepare quotations.
• Create business, drive projects forward, and build long-term customer relationships.
• Ensure that projects are delivered according to schedule and quality standards.
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with clients (construction and property companies).
• Collaborate with internal functions such as KMA (Quality, Environment, and Safety), estimation, and installers.

To succeed in the role, you have:

• Experience within glass, aluminum, and steel partitions, windows, and facades.
• Experience working with construction or property companies.
• Experience in driving projects or working in a business-oriented role.
• Good communication skills and experience with customer contact.
• Good computer skills.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
• (Experience in calculating projects or working in business systems such as Entreportal is meritorious).
