Our state-of-the-art automated robot warehouse enables faster, smoother, and more efficient deliveries for customers across all channels within a well-integrated process, whether in retail, e-commerce, or marketplaces. The warehouse, which went into operation in 2022, is one of the most advanced facilities on the market in terms of both technology and building design.

About your role

As a Team Leader at Ahléns, you will perform your usual warehouse duties, with a special responsibility to act as operational support to the Operations Manager. You are responsible for creating structure, engagement, and quality in daily work. The role combines presence in operations with administrative responsibilities, involving supporting the team, monitoring processes, and contributing to improvements.

Examples of tasks:

  • Perform standard tasks within warehouse operations
  • Lead daily work operationally
  • Conduct regular conversations with employees to identify needs, well-being, and development opportunities
  • Monitor absenteeism, deviations, and other daily events, reporting further when necessary
  • Drive and follow up on operational improvement proposals
  • Participate in and lead kick-off meetings, pulse meetings, and other forums for daily management
  • Ensure onboarding, guidance, and follow-up of new employees
  • Conduct performance, KPI, and follow-up meetings with employees

What you bring to us:

  • Previous experience working in warehouses, logistics, or similar environments
  • Good familiarity with working with systems
  • Experience in e-commerce
  • Experience from data-driven warehouse operations
  • Valid forklift license and experience with forklift operation
  • Experience leading teams
