We are looking for a Transport Manager based at our office in Jordbro/Haninge, responsible for planning and coordinating moving assignments across several locations. The role involves that you, from your base in Jordbro, also handle the daily planning of our operations in Gothenburg and Malmö remotely.

You will have a central function in the company, ensuring that our assignments are planned and executed efficiently with high customer service and good profitability.

• Plan and coordinate moving assignments and transports.

• Be responsible for staffing and resource planning.

• Lead and distribute work for drivers and moving personnel.

• Manage daily planning for Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö.

• Maintain ongoing contact with customers, foremen, and staff at all locations.

• Optimize schedules, routes, and vehicle utilization.

• Handle changes and resolve operational challenges in real-time.

• Ensure that operations are conducted according to company procedures and current regulations.

• Has experience in transport management, traffic control, logistics, or the moving industry.

• Is highly structured and has a good ability to plan multiple assignments simultaneously.

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can make quick decisions.

• Is communicative and finds it easy to collaborate with both customers and staff.

• Is computer literate and has experience with planning or transport systems.

• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish.

• Has a valid driver's license (Category B).
