About the Role

We are currently looking for dedicated warehouse operatives for our client in Solna! The role involves working in a production-proximity warehouse environment where attention to detail and quality are crucial, as you handle sensitive and valuable products. This is a physical role that combines practical warehouse work with administrative tasks in business systems.

Responsibilities

In the role of warehouse operative, you will be responsible for tasks such as:

• Inbound and outbound deliveries of goods.
• Forklift operation.
• Transport of materials between different floors in the facility.
• Handling inbound flows and staging of materials.
• Registration and follow-up of materials in business systems (SAP/ERP).
• Ensuring that materials are moved and registered correctly in the systems.
• Working with sensitive products where precision and care are paramount.
• Collaboration with colleagues in the warehouse and production teams.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is responsible, structured, and thrives in a role that involves both physical work and administrative elements.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Forklift license A1–A4 and B1–B4 (C-license is a plus).
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse work and forklift operation.
• Good computer skills.
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, or other ERP systems (a plus).
• Ability to work in shifts.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.

As a person, you are meticulous, communicative, and a team player. You are used to working at a high pace without compromising on quality and safety, which is especially important as the work involves handling sensitive products.
