Do you want to work in an international environment where you become a key part of the company's supply chain? We are now looking for a detail-oriented and service-minded employee for our client's purchasing department in Arlandastad.

As an employee in the purchasing department, you are responsible for receiving and handling deliveries, as well as ensuring that goods are registered, checked, and distributed efficiently. The role combines administrative tasks with practical warehouse work and requires both good computer skills and a structured approach to work.

The work also involves handling goods in freezer environments and receiving larger deliveries, which requires good physical fitness.

• Receive and check incoming deliveries
• Register and handle goods in business and warehouse systems
• Ensure that purchasing and warehouse processes are followed
• Handle and organize goods in the warehouse
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient material supply
• Work partially in cold and freezer environments

• Full-time
• Daytime hours
• Shifts ending no later than 17:00

• Good computer skills and experience working in digital systems
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good physical fitness as the work involves handling larger deliveries
• Structured, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Ability to work both independently and in a team

• Experience from purchasing, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain
• Experience with warehouse or business systems
• Experience working in food or catering operations
