• For you who are a recent graduate, we offer competitive and individual salary setting. The starting salary is 33,000 SEK/month plus an extra 2,500 SEK/week for full-time work during the period 2025-06-15 to 2025-08-09. To be eligible for this bonus, you must be trained and work continuously for at least four weeks during the specified period.

About the job

You will work within the Healthcare Unit in Adult Disability Care. We are a team of nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. As a nurse, you are responsible for healthcare within your area of competence in the disability care residences where people with LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) decisions live. The target group is primarily adults with some form of disability, a fantastic group to work with. You are responsible for ensuring that medical interventions function well for our users and coordinate contacts with doctors and other professional groups within primary care and the Region. The work involves supervising small and large staff groups.

About you

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with experience, as well as a newly graduated nurse without experience. We would appreciate if you have experience of mobile work and/or disability care. The job requires that you have a B driving license.

To communicate with users, relatives, and colleagues, and to write and read care documentation, you must have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. You have good initiative and are good at thinking outside the box. Your ability to work independently is good, while you actively work for a functioning teamwork with different professional competencies where the individual themselves also plays a central role.

Naturally, you have a good, respectful attitude and are sensitive and open in contacts with both users and their relatives. You are good at collaborating and want to contribute to good communication and cooperation with other actors. Personal suitability is given great importance.

Employment type: Summer substitute position, with possible extension. Working hours are scheduled during the day with sparse weekend duty. Start date is by agreement. Interviews, selection, and appointment are made on an ongoing basis.
