Now is the opportunity to take a central role in developing and driving brands within the wine portfolio at Nigab. As a Brand & Business Manager, you work closely with the business in a broad role where analysis, producer contact, and commercial planning go hand in hand.

This position is a direct hire, meaning the recruitment process is handled by Bravura and you will be employed directly by Nigab.

Nigab is an established importer and distributor of wine, spirits, and beer. Since 1983, they have delivered alcoholic beverages to customers, restaurants, airlines, ferries, and the Nordic travel retail market. With offices in Stockholm and Gothenburg, the organization consists of approximately 55 employees.

Nigab is part of the HansJust Group, which operates companies in the wine and spirits industry throughout the Nordic region. The portfolio includes both large international brands and smaller producers. On the wine team, you will work closely with a manager with long experience and a working style based on collaboration, clarity, and shared responsibility for the business.

Responsibilities

As a Brand & Business Manager, you will have an exciting and varied role where you actively drive the development of the wine portfolio. You will work both strategically and operationally; one moment you are analyzing market data and tracking key performance indicators, and the next you are in dialogue with producers and colleagues to plan launches and develop brands.

Your daily tasks involve turning insights into concrete recommendations and presentations that help the team make well-informed decisions. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and logistics to ensure plans and activities are executed in the best possible way, and you will have clear responsibility for pricing, forecasts, and quote preparation.

The role involves regular contact with producers, where you track brand development and identify new growth opportunities. Here, you will be part of the entire chain from analysis and planning to seeing ideas come to life in the market.   • Responsible for the development and management of the wine portfolio
  • Analyze data and track key performance indicators to make decisions
  • Plan launches and develop brands with producers and colleagues
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and logistics; responsible for pricing and forecasts
  • Identify growth opportunities and track brand development

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as marketing or economics
  • Experience in a similar role from an FMCG company
  • Experience from the alcohol industry is an advantage
  • Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
