About Carla
Carla aims to set a completely new standard for how electric vehicles are bought and sold. We are accelerating the transition to sustainable mobility by offering the most customer-friendly way to own, sell, or buy an EV – entirely digital, safe, and seamless. Since our launch in Stockholm in 2021, Carla has grown rapidly. We are now Sweden's second-largest player in the used EV market and are on track to reach over 2 billion SEK in revenue by 2026.
Our partner business, Carla Partner Services (CPS), is one of the most strategic engines for our continued growth. Together with the largest banks, leasing companies, and car manufacturers in the Nordics, we create scalable, high-quality remarketing solutions for the future EV market.
About the Role
Do you want to build and drive one of the most exciting business areas in the Nordics within sustainable mobility? Do you thrive on creating scalable partnerships with banks, leasing companies, and leading car manufacturers? Do you want to be responsible for the daily delivery of Carla's fastest-growing business area? Then you could be our next Project and Partner Lead – Carla Partner Services Manager. Your responsibility will be to ensure we deliver top-tier service to our partners every day, solve problems, and drive projects to quality-assure our partner business – from daily operations to long-term growth.
You will report to CCO and Co-founder Niklas Jungegård and take direct responsibility for driving partnerships, projects, and business results with clear impact from day one.
Your responsibilities include:
- Being the primary contact point for our largest partners and working internally at the intersection of business, operations, logistics, technology, and finance.
- Delivering a top-class service every day, for every car, by identifying problems and finding smart solutions yourself or together with others.
- Ensuring that reporting, SLAs, invoicing, and follow-up are razor-sharp – both on an ongoing basis and by compiling materials for meetings with partners.
- Continuously identifying new opportunities to grow the business, both with existing and new partners.
- Leading cross-functional startup projects.
- Constantly looking for opportunities to improve internal processes, tools, and areas of responsibility, and getting things done through others.
Who we are looking for
- A structured, business-driven, and service-oriented person who thrives where business meets operations. You possess the art of juggling many balls in the air and love delivering with precision. We believe the right person has:
- At least three years of experience in project management within complex B2B services, with a strong ability to identify both problems and opportunities, and to get things done together with others.
- A strong interest in numbers, processes, and people.
- Very good analytical skills and the ability to both analyze and create data foundations.
- Very good communication skills.
- A strong sense of structure, and an understanding that the profit usually lies in the details.
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience from industries with a high degree of digitalization, combined with physical flows (e.g., Instabox, Budbee, Northvolt, Voi).
- Experience working with partners in the automotive trade, leasing, or banking sectors.
- Experience leading complex deliveries with many stakeholders.
- Experience building and improving processes, reporting tools, or digital solutions.
