About Green PM

Our office is located in Kalmar, and we have clients and assignments in several locations across southeast Sweden.

We are a consultancy firm that helps organizations with project management and services within product development, production technology, quality, and sustainability. Our core competence is project management in industrial environments with high demands, where we combine structured control with hands-on leadership.

In our assignments, we often take overall responsibility for projects – from planning and execution to handover. At the same time, we can contribute with targeted efforts within quality, sustainability, or engineering support, such as design and production technology.

What we all have in common is a structured approach, close collaboration with the customer, and a focus on practical feasibility.

We have a self-developed project management model called iPEM. As an employee, it is natural for you to be part of driving the further development of this model forward.

Your Role

As a Mechanical Designer with us, you will:

• Work with mechanical design for our clients
• Be involved in projects where you not only design and draw yourself but also coordinate and drive parts of the work
• Contribute technical expertise throughout the different phases of the project
• Have the opportunity to develop into a project management role in the long term
• Collaborate closely with customers and colleagues to create solutions that work in practice

We are looking for you who

• Have the right attitude and a desire to develop
• Are structured and solution-oriented
• Have good collaboration and communication skills
• Hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Have at least 3 years of work experience in mechanical design and proficiency in 3D modeling
• Are comfortable coordinating sub-projects and taking responsibility for the whole
• Have an interest in developing towards project management
