About the job

As an assembler or operator, you work practically and meticulously in a production environment. You perform tasks with a high level of detail and are responsible for ensuring the final product meets Aimpoint's high quality standards. The work is performed in shifts.

Location: Gällivare
Working hours:

• Morning shift: Monday–Friday 05:30–14:00
• Afternoon shift: Monday–Thursday 14:00–23:30

Is this for you?

We are looking for people who have a sense for detail and enjoy working with their hands. If you have interests that require precision – such as makeup, electronics, miniature building, model flying, shooting, or similar – you likely have the right profile!

You should also have:

✔️ Good fine motor skills

✔️ Be structured and focused

✔️ Thrive with routines but also be able to adapt when necessary

✔️ High work ethic and be quality-conscious

Requirements:

🔹 You are at least 18 years old

🔹 You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written

🔹 You are willing to provide a extract from the Swedish Police Authority's register of convictions (belastningsregistret)
