We are now looking for a Service Technician for a stable and successful company in the food industry. Here you will work in a modern production environment where you become an important cog in the daily maintenance work.

🔧 About the position

As a service technician, you work practically with maintenance and repair of the machinery in production. You collaborate with two other technicians and report to the maintenance manager.

The work is varied and involves both urgent interventions during downtime and planned preventive maintenance. Installation tasks and machine adjustments may also occur.

💼 Your responsibilities:

• Perform daily maintenance and repair of production machines
• Participate in planned, preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults
• Document performed work in the maintenance system

• Are hands-on and enjoy working with your hands
• Have a strong technical interest – preferably for machines, electricity, or control systems
• Are a team player but also thrive working independently
• Take initiative and want to learn new things

📋 Requirements for the position:

• At least 1 year of experience in operational maintenance work, e.g., as a service technician or maintenance technician
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

➕ It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with electricity, pneumatics, and/or hydraulics
• Experience with PM work (preventive maintenance)
• Knowledge of MIG welding (certificate is a plus)
• Experience working according to 5S, Lean, or similar methods
