Övervakningsbutiken is now looking for an engaged colleague for a hybrid role where practical installation work alternates with technical support. Perhaps you have worked with installation or support before? Then this might be the role for you!

In the role of Technical Support and Installation Technician, you will have a varied job. The role involves a combination of installing cameras and alarm systems at customer sites, as well as technical customer support via phone. The work includes simpler cable routing, and we would appreciate it if you had previous experience with installation work and/or support. To succeed in the role, we see that you are a technically interested person who enjoys working in a problem-solving and service-oriented manner. Since a large part of the work involves direct contact with customers, it is important that you are communicative and enjoy customer interaction.

You will be based at the office in Högsbo, and your work areas cover the Gothenburg region. We see an initial need of approximately 50% and are looking for someone who wants to grow with the customer. Working hours are during the day on weekdays. The position starts as a needs-based employment with good opportunities for the future.

Responsibilities

Your main tasks include:

• Installation of surveillance cameras and alarm systems at customer sites.
• Simpler cable routing and commissioning of equipment.
• Technical support via phone and on-site at customer locations.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Fluent Swedish.
• Experience with electrical or camera installations is a plus.
• Experience from customer service or support functions is a plus.
