About the role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will become part of a lovely team of 30 colleagues who answer a large number of phone calls daily from Svea's customers, debtors, and authorities. You will have the phone as your primary work tool and handle many incoming calls of various kinds every day. Among other things, you will answer questions regarding collection, invoice, and parking matters. Here you will work in a busy environment together with colleagues who are quick to laugh, support, and encourage each other. Svea is located in bright and modern premises in the center of Åseda, close to bus connections and a gym that you can visit during lunch or before/after work. Restaurants and shops are located in the immediate vicinity.
The position is full-time, office hours, and on weekdays. For this role, it is necessary that you have the opportunity to participate in the entire training and onboarding process from the start of employment to become independent in your role.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who are passionate about working with the customer in focus and who have a genuine interest in service. It is important that you quickly understand the customer and that you have strong communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English; additional languages are an advantage. In addition, we would like you to:
- Be motivated by making your own decisions, be detail-oriented, and enjoy working at a high pace
- Have a high level of engagement, be open to change, and contribute with a positive attitude
- Have your own drive
- Have good computer skills and feel that you can learn new systems relatively quickly
- Be a person who wants to learn everything about financial solutions
- Be unpretentious and roll up your sleeves when and where it is needed
- Actively work on developing your competencies and sharing knowledge with colleagues
- Take ownership and find it easy to collaborate with others
You enjoy working at a high pace with many contacts, as you will answer and handle a large number of phone calls daily. It is an advantage if you have previous experience in customer service, but other work experience and the right attitude are also good prerequisites for taking on this role.
