Do you want to work in a flexible and technology-oriented environment where you take responsibility from idea to finished part? We are now looking for an experienced CNC technician/production planner for an established mechanical engineering company.

Here you will have a central role in production, working with advanced one-off parts and short series – with great freedom and personal responsibility. This is a recruitment on behalf of our client, meaning you will be employed directly by our client.

This is not an operator role – we are looking for someone who can handle the entire process.

You will:

• Program in Fusion 360 and/or EdgeCAM

• Work with Heidenhain control systems (Experience is meritorious)

• Independently set up machines and run programs

• Handle manufacturing from drawing to finished part (“ax to loaf”)

• Be involved in planning and optimization of production

• Are an independent CNC technician or production planner

• Have experience in programming (Fusion 360 and/or EdgeCAM)

• Have good knowledge of reading technical drawings

• Can set up and run CNC machines independently

• Fluently speak and write Swedish

• Thrive in a flat hierarchy environment and collaborate well with others

• Small workshop with approximately 20 people in production

• The workplace is located in Mölnlycke

• Present leadership and short decision-making paths

• Great variety in work – much one-off manufacturing
