About the role
As a Group Category Manager, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing framework agreements, with a particular focus on waste and recycling within the company's group. The goal is to ensure access to goods and services, strengthen the organization's competitiveness, and ensure that suppliers meet set requirements and expectations towards the various units of the business. You will work with digitalization and sustainability issues. The role is for you who thrive with a high degree of autonomy and where you will collaborate closely with environmental specialists and other stakeholders, requiring good communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
In this role, there is a strong focus on developing and improving supplier relations and contracts, where you also handle new legal requirements. The work involves a mix of strategic development and operational problem-solving to ensure efficient purchasing processes.
- Develop and improve existing contracts.
- Negotiate new framework agreements and adapt them to new legal requirements.
- Meet with suppliers to optimize collaborations and solve challenges.
- Focus on recycling and analysis of environmental data.
- Ensure clear documentation and presentation strategy for contracts.
We are looking for you who
- Have at least four years of experience in purchasing.
- Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Are meticulous and solution-oriented with a strong customer perspective, while also being a good listener and humble.
- Possess strong self-drive and initiative.
It is meritorious if you have
- Experience in a similar role as a category buyer.
- Experience in a purchasing role from the waste or recycling industry.
- Experience from the construction industry.
- Worked in the Qlik Sense system.
