We are looking for an Interim Finance Manager for a position in a medium-sized, inventory-intensive company with international trade. The assignment starts immediately, is full-time, and is expected to last for approximately 6 months. The work is based at the office in Mölndal.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ongoing bookkeeping, monthly and quarterly closing, and reconciliations.
  • VAT and authority reporting (SE/NO/DK), Intrastat, etc.
  • Customs handling and import/export processes.
  • Monitoring of inventory, deliveries, and item prices.
  • Payments, currency, and liquidity-related tasks.
  • Payroll administration and reporting.
  • Monthly reporting to management.
  • Documentation of processes and improvement work.

We are looking for you who is/have:

  • Independent experience with overall responsibility for accounting.
  • Experience from inventory-intensive operations with international trade.
  • Practical experience with customs, import/export, and authority contact.
  • Operational experience with the entire accounting flow up to monthly closing.
  • Understanding of intercompany transactions and balances.
  • Experience with business systems, item registers, and price updates.
  • Good system knowledge.
