We are looking for an Interim Finance Manager for a position in a medium-sized, inventory-intensive company with international trade. The assignment starts immediately, is full-time, and is expected to last for approximately 6 months. The work is based at the office in Mölndal.
Main Responsibilities
- Ongoing bookkeeping, monthly and quarterly closing, and reconciliations.
- VAT and authority reporting (SE/NO/DK), Intrastat, etc.
- Customs handling and import/export processes.
- Monitoring of inventory, deliveries, and item prices.
- Payments, currency, and liquidity-related tasks.
- Payroll administration and reporting.
- Monthly reporting to management.
- Documentation of processes and improvement work.
We are looking for you who is/have:
- Independent experience with overall responsibility for accounting.
- Experience from inventory-intensive operations with international trade.
- Practical experience with customs, import/export, and authority contact.
- Operational experience with the entire accounting flow up to monthly closing.
- Understanding of intercompany transactions and balances.
- Experience with business systems, item registers, and price updates.
- Good system knowledge.
