ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Application Consultant, you will become a central part of an agile team working on developing modern digital solutions for administrative operations. The systems are used by customers across the country to handle, among other things, bookings and other business-critical processes. You work according to Scrum in a self-organizing team with short iterations and a strong focus on continuous improvement.

The role has a clear focus on product development while you maintain an important and ongoing dialogue with customers. You act as the link between user needs and technical development, working with requirements gathering, testing, and specification drafting, while also supporting the development team in their daily work. You also play an active role in customer support via email and phone, and conduct training and implementations, both digitally and on-site at the customer. Therefore, travel may be required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Specify and test new features in collaboration with the development team
• Document requirements and functionality based on customer needs and business analysis
• Ensure quality of deliveries through systematic testing
• Collaborate with product owners and other team members to prioritize development work
• Provide customer service via phone and email – help users get the most out of the systems
• Plan and conduct training, both at their premises, digitally, and at customer sites
• Support the implementation of new customers
• Contribute to improvement work based on customer feedback

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Have a university degree in systems science, informatics, or similar
• Are a recent graduate or have three years of work experience, preferably from roles such as Application Consultant, Business Consultant, IT Coordinator, or similar
• Have experience working with business systems or ERP systems
• Enjoy both structured documentation work and problem-solving in customer contact
• Are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is used in daily work
• Have a valid driver's license (Category B)

It is meritorious if you have

• Experience with specification, testing, or requirements management
• Experience in conducting training or presentations
