Do you want to shape the future of production? As a Quality Engineer, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in building and optimizing manufacturing processes where innovation and quality are in focus.
About the role
We are currently recruiting, on behalf of our client, a Quality Engineer who wants to help establish a well-functioning quality management system for production. In this role, you will work on creating control plans, conducting risk assessments, driving improvement plans, and ensuring that continuous improvement permeates the business. You will collaborate closely with various functions within the organization, such as production engineers, quality technicians, production staff, and R&D, to ensure that production quality standards are met.
We are looking for someone with a humble attitude and strong drive. You have the ability to take initiative, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and work in a solution-oriented manner in a developing environment, while collaborating well with others to achieve common goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and implement quality improvement measures regarding working methods, measurement technology, evaluation techniques, and improvement methodologies.
- Conduct, communicate, and improve statistical analyses and quality improvement measures.
- Ensure that production quality meets requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
- Analyze, establish, and improve measurement techniques.
We are looking for someone who
- Has a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a similar field.
- Has good proficiency in Swedish and English, as this is required for daily work with colleagues.
- Has a good understanding of engineering drawings and measurement technology.
