Working hours and degree of employment: The position involves working during night hours on weekdays and weekends. The degree of employment is 66.90% with the possibility of extra shifts.

Salary: Salary is agreed upon, and other allowances are paid according to the collective agreement.

Start date: According to agreement.

Job Description

As an assistant nurse at Humana Åby Ängar, you have a varied job where you, among other things, plan and carry out weekly planning, handle medications, and plan activities. You will document and handle any deviations daily. Together with colleagues, you distribute tasks and communicate with HSL personnel such as licensed nurses (SSK), rehabilitation staff, and the on-call nurse.

Examples of tasks:

• Standard nursing tasks within elderly care.
• Receive delegation of medications from the licensed nurse (SSK).
• Handle documentation and deviations.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a team player – a person who is responsible and enjoys working both independently and in a group. You have the ability to see the big picture and are not afraid to take initiative. You are used to documentation and work with quality as a keyword. Experience in person-centered work is meritorious, and we believe it is important that you are a relationship builder with good collaboration skills and a positive outlook.

We are looking for you who:

• Are educated as an assistant nurse or have equivalent work experience.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience working within elderly care or home help services.
• Experience working with people with dementia.
• Experience in operations run by private operators.

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID document and any documents proving the right to work in Sweden.
