About the role: As a painter, you will work with varied assignments where precision and quality are crucial. You handle the entire process from preparation to the finished surface, working both independently and together with colleagues. The role offers great variety and the opportunity to work with different materials and techniques.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing surfaces through sanding, filling, and masking
• Applying primer and final finish
• Ensuring high quality and precision in painting work
• Identifying and rectifying defects
• Working with different types of lacquer and color systems
• Following safety routines and contributing to a safe working environment
• Keeping the workplace clean and organized
• Contributing to the improvement of processes and working methods
• Responsible for inventory management and purchasing

Requirements:

• At least 2–3 years of experience in painting work
• Good knowledge of fine woodworking
• Experience working with wood materials
• High degree of independence and safety awareness
• Good teamwork skills
• An eye for quality and details
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
