The Role
As a Service Advisor, you will guide our customers from start to finish, from the moment they drop off their car at the workshop until they pick it up. You are responsible for all daily customer contact via the counter, phone, and our digital channels. By asking the right questions, you help plan and schedule repairs at our workshop. The role involves some administrative tasks, such as compiling and invoicing completed jobs and organizing work orders.
The role involves independent work but with close collaboration within the team and regular contact with other colleagues in the aftermarket. Together, you ensure a positive overall experience for our customers. You will be based at our facility in Sätra and report to the Aftermarket Manager. This is a full-time position with working hours Monday–Friday according to a schedule, totaling 40 hours per week. This is a permanent position with a 6-month probation period.

We are looking for a cheerful and positive team player who is driven by providing first-class service to our customers. You are solution-oriented and handle various work situations with ease. You thrive when juggling multiple tasks and deliver on commitments to customers through a systematic approach. You have a natural ability to build good relationships and collaborate well with your colleagues.
Basic Requirements
- Previous experience in a service role.
- Proficiency in computer use.
- Fluent Swedish and good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Valid driver's license (Category B, manual transmission).
- Basic automotive knowledge or experience in a similar role is considered an advantage.
- At least one year of experience in the automotive industry in a similar role is considered an advantage.
- Previous experience with Kobra II DMS is considered an advantage.
