Do you want to join the sharpest goods picking team of the summer and help stores get their deliveries onto shelves when Roslagen triples its population during the summer? We have the summer job for you!

We are looking for someone who is an early riser and not afraid to take on new challenges. You should be passionate about the service industry and able to work both independently and as part of a team maintaining a high pace where customer satisfaction is paramount.

The position requires a certain degree of flexibility, meaning you should be able to step in with short notice on some days, and it is advantageous if you reside in central Norrtälje.

Your work area will cover most of Roslagen (Bergshamra, Rimbo, Väddö), with the majority of working days based in central Norrtälje. The tasks will primarily consist of goods picking and cashier services in grocery stores.

Employment Type

The position is an on-demand employment (behovsanställning) requiring you to have another primary occupation of at least 50%. Another primary occupation can be, for example, studies of at least 50%, self-employment, elite athlete status, or being a pensioner. You will also need to provide proof of your primary occupation before any employment for this position.

As an on-demand employee at MRC Bemanning, you submit your available hours weekly. Working hours vary according to store opening times, and you should be able to work both mornings and evenings at least 2–3 days a week. Your schedule will include both pre-booked shifts and urgent shifts that come in on the same day. Possibility of continued employment after the summer.
