About the position As a civil and road designer, you work as a consultant at Structor Mark Väst, with assignments within civil engineering where you are responsible for design and implementation within civil and road engineering.

You work in projects from start to finish and are responsible for:

• Design within civil, road, and street engineering
• Participation in early stages and investigations
• Planning, coordination, and technical solutions
• Dialogue with clients and other designers
• Delivery of documents through the various phases of the project

In the role, you have significant personal responsibility and are expected to be able to drive parts of the assignment independently, while also being an important part of the team.

About you We are looking for you who are an experienced and self-reliant designer with a good understanding of the entire design process within civil and road engineering. You have several years of experience from similar roles and thrive in a consulting role where you combine technical work with customer contact.

We would like you to have:

• A university degree in civil engineering, or equivalent
• At least 7 years of experience in civil and road design
• Good knowledge of CAD, e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Experience working independently in projects
• Category B driver's license

It is meritorious if you have previously held a role as technical manager or project manager, and are thus accustomed to taking greater overall responsibility for both technology, time, and delivery. Experience with construction law is also seen as a plus.
