About the Role

Friday is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Junior Software Cloud Developer working within the automotive industry. This is a well-known and attractive company with offices worldwide. You will be part of a team based in Lund, consisting of 5 experienced engineers. The team develops and delivers the car's infotainment system. Through our client's car cloud solution, they provide cloud infrastructure, platform core, and services to support the software development lifecycle (DevOps) by offering tools for rapid feedback and built-in quality.

You will work in a continuously evolving agile environment as part of a strengthened product team striving for continuous learning and improvement. You and your team are, among other things, responsible for the DevOps of entry gateways globally to the car cloud platform's clusters serving all connected cars.

Tech Stack: Java, Spring, GO, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Cassandra, PostgreSQL, DevOps, Python.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a Master of Science in Engineering in IT.
• Has experience from part-time jobs or summer jobs in a similar role as a programmer.
• Has good knowledge of software development. The specific programming language you know is not crucial – the most important thing is that you are open and curious to learn the tech stack the client uses.
• Has very good knowledge of Swedish.

It is meritorious but not a requirement if you have work experience from a similar role, hobby projects to showcase, or are comfortable with AWS (or another cloud environment).
