About the role:

Your day as a B2B salesperson at iSales begins by setting your daily goals and planning your work. You will then contact business owners across Sweden to present and offer subscriptions from some of the country's largest telecom brands, including Telia. You will work on building strong customer relationships, understanding business needs, and offering solutions that fit their operations.

You will work with both existing and new customers via phone. You take responsibility for understanding customer needs and offering solutions that create value for them.

Your workdays are a mix of sales, coaching, and fun sales competitions. As a salesperson at iSales, you work Monday–Friday, 08:45–17:00. This is a permanent position with a six-month probation period.

Who are you?

You thrive best in a fast-paced work environment where positive energy and joy go hand in hand with strong sales results. You are communicative, articulate, and a skilled listener when it comes to customer questions and objections. Personality-wise, you are driven and goal-oriented; you always stay focused and organized. This leads to high-quality work and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and steadily.

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience is required; B2B experience is advantageous.
  • Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.
  • Experience in sales within the telecom industry is advantageous.
