About the role of Logistics Process Administrator
In the role of Logistics Process Administrator, you will primarily work with incoming cases from the company's Nordic customers. You will have daily contact with warehouses and transport companies, and be responsible for handling invoicing and claims from start to finish.
The role involves close collaboration with customers, suppliers, partners, and other departments within the company, and you will be the one with a firm grip on the work processes and routines for the company's incoming invoices and returns.
This is an exciting role for you who want to learn more about logistics processes and administration and take the next step in your career! It is a customer-oriented and administrative role where you act as support and assistance for both BSH's internal departments and external customers.
Tasks may include among other things:
Process logistics-related claims arising from damaged and incorrectly delivered goods
Communication with warehouses and transport companies regarding deliveries and claims
Handling receivables via phone, mail, or other channels
Invoicing, returns handling
Follow up and investigate returns by contacting the logistics department, the warehouse, transport companies, and other partners

Qualifications:
To thrive and succeed in the role of Logistics Process Administrator, we believe you have:
High school education
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Good system proficiency
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Experience working with similar tasks is meritorious
Knowledge of SAP is meritorious
Knowledge of Finnish, both spoken and written, is highly meritorious

The Position
A consultancy assignment via The Place due to absence, starting immediately to cover the summer period. Possible opportunity for extension. Full-time (39.5 hours/week), 165 hours per month. Working hours Mon–Thu 8:00-17:00, Fri 8:00-15:15. You work at the office in Nykvarn, just outside Södertälje. It is easiest to get there by car as public transport is limited. Your training will be on-site; afterwards, there is an opportunity to work from home 2 days a week.
