About the role:

As a Service Team Member, you will be part of our quality team, working closely with the Area Manager and Field Lead to ensure high-quality service delivery. In this role, you will support new colleagues in the field while also performing initial and deep cleanings, window cleaning, and substitute shifts. When needed, you will carry out quality checks, accompany new employees during their onboarding, and assist with key management tasks.

You play an important role in ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting team development, and maintaining high standards in our workflows. The role also includes continuous communication and feedback to your manager, as well as participation in monthly quality team meetings.

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys working in a team with other colleagues.
• Has previous experience in cleaning.
• Is committed and wants to develop within the cleaning industry.
• Speaks Swedish or English.
• Can work flexible hours, typically between 08:00–17:00.
• Is flexible to work without fixed customers.
• Has a valid driving license (Category B).
