Your role as Project Manager for Installations

As a Project Manager for installations, you play a central role in installation-intensive construction projects. You are responsible for leading and coordinating installations within power/reserve power, electrical, or HVAC systems, where control and regulation technology form part of the whole throughout all stages of the project, from design to completed facility.

You ensure that installations are carried out according to documentation, requirements, and schedules, acting as a key link between the client, contractors, and technical consultants. The role involves close collaboration with other technical disciplines and an active role in driving the project forward.

Our projects include hospitals, commercial properties, and data centers, where installations are crucial for the building's function and operation. Specifically, the work involves:

• Leading installations of electrical systems, reserve power, cooling, and physical security.

• Being responsible for schedules, budgets, resources, and communication between different contractors.

• Ensuring that installations meet set requirements for uptime and performance.

Who are you?

As a person, we see that you are structured and solution-oriented in your work. You have good collaboration skills and will work in a project environment with many stakeholders. You are also easy to communicate with, both with colleagues and customers.

To succeed in the role, we look for:

• An engineering degree or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 3 years of experience from installation projects.

• Good knowledge of infrastructure solutions, with a focus on power, electrical, or HVAC installations.

• Experience coordinating technical disciplines and leading procurement processes.

• Good knowledge of contract law (ABT, AB, ABK).

• Training in BAS-U and BAS-P.

It is an advantage if you have experience with installations in environments such as hospitals, industry, or data halls. Furthermore, experience from projects where operations continued in parallel during construction is advantageous. It is also a benefit if you have experience coordinating multiple installation disciplines. Finally, experience in installation management in complex construction projects is a plus.

The position is a permanent full-time role starting with a 6-month probation period. Start date is by agreement.
