Swoosh is expanding and we are now looking for a Dry Vacuum Operator/Driver to help us meet the demand from our customers. Do you want to be part of our company and further develop the business? Job Responsibilities

The job as a dry vacuum operator is highly varied and involves significant customer contact. You have individual responsibility for a truck and perform the work on-site at the customer's location. The work involves removing materials such as wood shavings, sand, concrete, etc., from properties using vacuum technology. The waste is then transported to a waste facility. As an operator on a dry vacuum truck, you always work in pairs, which implies close collaboration with a colleague. Working with dry vacuums requires good physical fitness.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who:

• Have a Category C driver's license and a valid YKB (professional competence certificate)
• Are a confident and safe driver
• Can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Can work independently and have good teamwork skills
• Are social and enjoy having extensive customer contact

You enjoy engaging, taking responsibility, and working with people – this is the most important part! We want you to be a fearless, creative team player who enjoys problem-solving and taking on new challenges.

You need to be stress-resistant and enjoy working independently, while also being a team player. In your driver role, you meet customers daily, so it is important that you have a good sense of service and are comfortable driving upselling and finding new business opportunities.
