About the Role

We are looking for a teacher specializing in joint and fire sealing who wants to train the future professional competence in construction and fire safety.

The role involves imparting knowledge on how buildings are secured against fire and smoke spread through proper sealing, with a focus on function, safety, and quality in building details and penetrations.

Your Responsibilities

• Teach joint and fire sealing in a construction environment.
• Instruct on the work involved in sealing penetrations and building components.
• Teach requirements for fire protection, safety, and building codes.
• Supervise practical tasks related to installation and execution.
• Connect teaching to real construction projects and work environments.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in jointing, fire sealing, or construction/installation work.
• Understands requirements within building physics and fire protection.
• Has practical experience working in construction environments.
• Works in a structured manner with a focus on safety and quality.
• Has strong pedagogical skills.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.
