At Randstad, we are currently looking for driven and meticulous assemblers for upcoming needs at Bosch in Tranås.

If you have previous experience from assembly and production, this could be the role for you!

We are looking for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and open to learning new things. To thrive in this role, you should enjoy working at a fast pace and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Our clients have different assembly methods depending on the department, and tools such as screwdrivers and various testing equipment are used. Written instructions and drawings serve as the basis for the assembly work.

The work involves shift work, although daytime shifts may also occur.

As an assembler at Bosch, you have overall responsibility for transforming technical components into finished quality products through both partial and final assembly. The work takes place in a structured flow on the line, where you assemble components and products with great precision in strict accordance with technical drawings and work instructions. You ensure that every step is performed with precision to meet our high requirements for function and quality.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written instructions (e.g., work orders and drawings)
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written.
• Enjoy practical and physical work and have a keen eye for detail.
• Are a good team player who contributes to a positive atmosphere.
• Enjoy working at a fast pace.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Category B driver's license and access to a car
• Counterbalance forklift license and experience with order-picking forklifts
• Previous experience in assembly
